What You Need for Selling

2. A copy of your ID
You will need a copy of one of the following documents (must be valid) to prove your identity.
* If your passport does not include an address, you will need an auxiliary document (such as a utility bill in your name) to verify your address.
* If you are sending a copy of your health insurance card, please mask (black out) the insured person's symbol/number and insurer number.
* MyNumber cards and notification cards are not accepted.
Process for Mail-in Selling
(※1) Please include a copy of an ID that shows your current address.
(※2) We offer three sizes of selling kits. Please choose based on capacity. Also, make sure to pack accessories (box, warranty card, others).
(※3) If the sale is not successful, we will return the items at our expense.
- We might not meet your expectations depending on the condition or brand of the item.
- If a quartz (battery) watch is not working, we will inform you of the appraisal amount and keep the watch for operational verification before transferring the funds (1 to 2 weeks).
- For watches with diamonds on the watch body or bracelet, we will inform you of the appraisal amount and keep the watch for authenticity verification by the manufacturer before transferring the funds (3 to 4 weeks).

When you have your used or antique watch, which was purchased from Bambi, appraised within one year, we guarantee an appraisal value of at least 70% of your purchase amount.

Do you have all the accessories?
Boxes, dust bags, warranty cards, and other accessories can impact the appraisal value. Please send them along with your watch or bring them to our store.
If the watch has been repaired before
If you have had the watch repaired before, please send or bring the certificate of repair or the receipt to our store. It may increase the appraisal value. Maintenance can be done inexpensively at our store. You don't need to have it done beforehand, so please be assured.
The sooner you get it appraised, the better
New watch models are released one after another, and trends can affect appraisal values. The moment you think "I might not use this anymore" is the time to get it appraised. The longer you leave it unused, the more the potential appraisal value could undesirably decrease. We recommend getting it appraised as soon as possible.
We appraise even watches with damage or wear!
Scratches on the dial, dial burn, link removal, strap deterioration, absence of the box or dust bag or warranty, battery depletion, outdated designs, etc. First, get it appraised.
