Return and exchange

This service is designed to resolve issues that are difficult to convey through online shopping, such as condition, shape, and texture, ensuring that more customers can use our services with confidence. Applications must be made within 2 days of the product arrival date (as stated in the shipping notification email sent by our store), and the product must be returned within 3 days. Refunds will be issued only if the following return conditions are met.

Return Conditions

○For used or antique items

Returns are possible if you have purchased a used or antique item.

○Online purchases only

Returns are limited to items purchased online. However, items picked up in-store are not eligible for return even if they were purchased online.

○if the item has not been used

Only items that have not been used (in their condition at the time of shipping) are eligible for return.

○If the belt has not been threaded through any holes

Returns of leather belts or belts alone are limited to those that have not been used.

○Application within 2 days of arrival

Within two days, including the expected arrival date stated in the shipping notification email sent by our store.

○Shipped back within 3 days of arrival

After applying within 2 days, please return the item promptly. Returns made after 3 days will not be accepted.

○Passed our store's inspection

We will inspect the item upon return to ensure there are no differences from when it was shipped.

Please note that returns are not accepted in the following cases

- For brand new, unused, or special order items

- If there are signs of use or tampering

- If more than two returns are made in the same month, or if there has been a history of excessive returns or exchanges

- If the item is damaged or lost, or if accessories (international warranty card, original box, manual, tags, etc.) are damaged or lost

- For items with straps replaced at the customer's request (a refund will be issued minus the cost of the strap)

- If the return is made without prior application and without contacting us in advance

- Shipping and transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty and maintenance

Watches purchased at our store come with a warranty. For natural malfunctions occurring within the machine's internals under normal use, we offer free repairs in accordance with our warranty terms. We also accept repairs and maintenance after the warranty period has ended.

The following cases will not be covered by the warranty, even within the warranty period, and will require a fee for repair

- If our after-sales service department judges that there are no issues with the quality or functionality

- Failures or damages to the exterior parts (case, crown, push button, crystal, bezel, strap, bracelet, buckle, etc.)

- Damage to the movement, mainspring, or other internal components

- Damage requiring replacement of consumable materials or parts

- Failures or problems caused by the ingress of moisture or other substances into the internal mechanism

- Failures or damages caused by fire, flood, accidents, or natural disasters

- Failure to present the warranty card, loss of warranty card, or alterations made to the warranty card

- Failures and repairs, modifications, or alterations not carried out by our store or evidence thereof

- Failures or damages caused by intentional or negligent actions, improper operation, or misuse
