The clock you purchased comes with a warranty in case of natural malfunctions or defects due to normal use.
When requesting repair or adjustment, please be sure to present the warranty certificate issued by our company.
We do not reissue warranty certificates, so please keep them safe to avoid loss.

● In the event of malfunction such as delay, advance, or stoppage of the internal mechanism despite normal use, repair or adjustment will be carried out free of charge by our designated technician for one year from the issuance date of the warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase.

● For malfunctions or damages occurring outside the warranty coverage or after the warranty period, repair and adjustment are available for a fee.

● The warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase guarantees free repair and adjustment under the specified period and conditions and does not limit your legal rights.

However, the following events are not covered by the warranty even during the warranty period, and the repair costs will be borne by the customer:


・Malfunction or damage to external parts such as crown, case, bracelet, leather strap, and glass
・Malfunction or damage to internal mechanism caused by improper use or carelessness resulting from dropping or external impact
・Malfunction or damage caused by inappropriate repair or modification
・Repairs and adjustments performed by parties other than our designated technician
(If repair history by another company is identified, our store warranty becomes invalid)
・Changes in appearance (scratches, discoloration, etc.) and deterioration over time (rust, corrosion) occurring during use
・Malfunction due to water ingress (submersion) into the interior of the watch
・Abnormal accuracy or stoppage caused by magnetization
・Malfunction or damage to winding stem, mainspring, or balance spring, or damage to the internal mechanism caused by mainspring breakage, etc.
・Malfunction due to wear or damage to the crown part
・Malfunction or damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, water damage, earthquakes, etc.
・Request for repair from a person other than the individual named on the warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase (e.g., received as a gift)
・Inability to present the warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase due to loss or other reasons
・Unauthorized alteration of the wording on the warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase
・When our designated technician determines that there are no quality, functional, or visual problems (within acceptable limits)
・Loss and theft

● All malfunctions occurring within the warranty period after purchase will be repaired or adjusted.
● If we perform repairs or adjustments deemed unnecessary by us at the customer's request, all repair costs will be borne by the customer.
● We will not bear any repair costs incurred without our involvement, regardless of the reason.
● The warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase is valid only within Japan, and we do not accept repair requests from overseas shipments, etc.
● For new quartz watches, a test battery is installed by the manufacturer at the time of shipment.
It may run out of battery shortly after purchase, but this is not a malfunction.
● In cases where overseas repairs or parts procurement is necessary, the repair period may be extended.
● During repairs, substitute parts may be used for some parts or repair parts.
● For antique or used items, substitute parts may be used for external and internal mechanisms.
● We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from product defects.
● All products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty repairs do not guarantee manufacturer warranty. If a malfunction occurs during our warranty period, please bring or send the watch, manufacturer's warranty, and our warranty certificate to our store.
